We do not use facial recognition technology. • You have the right to delete your account and take your content with you at any time.
Content Privacy Policy: You Own Your Content
You are our customer to delight, not data to sell or allow others to target. You own your content. We don’t. We don’t share your content with marketers. Third parties cannot pay Qbaface.inc to target you. At Qbaface.inc you have full control over your newsfeed and the order of how posts appear. Illegal activity is not permitted. If we are made aware of illegal activity, we will take appropriate action. We ask that you not post any content that violates our Terms of Service (TOS). Please see our TOS for the list of activities that are not permitted at Qbaface.inc and the actions we may take with TOS violators.
Tracking Privacy Policy: We Respect Your Privacy
We don’t track you to sell your data to third parties, and we don’t track you to manipulate your newsfeed and we don’t track you when you are not on Qbaface.inc. To ensure the safety and security of our users, we track how members use our site. We collect your log data, usage activity, email, phone number, cookie data, and device/network information, to verify accounts; combat harmful conduct; detect and prevent spam; and to maintain the integrity of Qbaface.inc. We may share and match your information against databases or with third parties bound by confidentiality who specialize in identifying trolls, bots, scammers, spammers, fake accounts, stalkers, or illegal activity. Message Disappearance
You have the ability to send certain types of messages through our services that automatically disappear. If you send such disappearing messages through our services they will be automatically deleted once they have been viewed or have expired. But — and this is important — you should understand that users who see your messages can always save them, either by taking a screenshot or by using some other image-capture technology (whether that be software or even something as old-fashioned as a camera to take a photo of your device’s screen). The same common sense that applies to the Internet at large applies to Qbaface.inc as well: Don’t send messages that you wouldn’t want someone to save or share. In most cases, once we detect that all recipients have viewed a message, we automatically delete it from our servers. And again in most cases, the services are programmed to delete the message from the recipients’ device as well. There are, however, exceptions to this general rule: • We can’t guarantee that messages will be deleted within a specific timeframe. And even after we’ve deleted message data from our servers, that same data may remain in backup for a limited period of time. • We may receive requests from law enforcement requiring us by law to suspend our ordinary server-deletion practices for specific information. • As with any digital information, there may be ways to access messages while still in temporary storage on recipients’ devices or, forensically, even after they are deleted.

We provide, customize and improve our Products. For example, we may suggest that you join a group on Qbaface that includes people you follow through our Chat plus.
- Location-related information: We use location-related information, such as your current location, where you live, to provide, personalize, and improve our Products, including ads, to make them more relevant to you and others . Location-related information may be based on factors such as precise device location (if you have allowed us to collect this information), IP addresses, and information about your and other people's use of the Meta Products (such as logged visits or events to those you attend).
- Product research and development: We use the information we have to develop, test, and improve our Products, including through surveys and research, and for testing and troubleshooting new products and features.
We promote safety, integrity and protection.
We use the information we have to verify accounts and activities, combat harmful behavior, detect and prevent spam and other negative experiences, maintain the integrity of our Products, and promote security both inside and outside of the Qbaface Products. For example, we use the data we have to investigate suspicious activity or violations of our terms or policies, or to detect if a person needs help.
We communicate with you.
We use the information we have to send you marketing messages, communicate with you about our Products, and inform you about our policies and terms. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us.
We conduct research and innovate in pursuit of social welfare.
We use the information we have (including from research partners we work with) to conduct and support research and innovation related to general social welfare, technological advances, and public interest, health, and welfare.

Qbaface Products
People and accounts with whom you communicate and share information
When you communicate and share information using our Products, you choose the audience that can see what you share. For example, when you post something on Qbaface, you select the audience for the post, which can be a group, all your friends, the general public, or a custom list of people. Similarly, when you use Chat Plus to communicate with people or businesses, they can see the content you send. Members of your network can also see the actions you've taken on our Products, such as your interaction with ads and sponsored content. We also allow other accounts to see who viewed their Qbaface stories.
Anyone can view public information, both on and off our Products, even if they don't have an account. This includes your Qbaface username, information you share with the public, information from your public Qbaface profile, and content you share on a Qbaface page such as the Qbaface marketplace. You, others who use Qbaface, and we may grant access to information public or send such information to anyone, both inside and outside our Products, including in other products of the Qbaface companies.
Content others share or re-share about you
We encourage you to think carefully about who you want to share content with, as people who view your activity on our Products may choose to share it with others both inside and outside of our Products, including businesses and people outside of your chosen audience. Data retention, and account deactivation and deletion.
We store data until it is no longer needed to provide you with our Qbaface Products and services, or until your account is deleted, whichever comes first. This is determined on a case-by-case basis and depends on a variety of factors, including the nature of the data, the reason for the collection or processing, and any relevant legal or operational retention needs. For example, if you do a search on Qbaface, you can access that query and remove it from your search history at any time, but the record for that search is deleted after six months. If you submit a copy of your government-issued ID for account verification, we'll delete that copy 30 days after review, unless otherwise noted.
When you delete your account, we delete the content you posted, like your photos and status updates, and you won't be able to retrieve that information later.
How do we respond to legal requests or prevent harm?
We access your information, retain it and share it with regulators, authorities or other parties in the following cases:

We may access and retain information we receive about you (including financial transaction information relating to purchases made with our Products) for an extended period of time if it is the subject of a legal requirement or obligation, a government investigation, or investigations related to possible violations of our conditions or policies, or to avoid damages. We may also retain information about accounts that have been disabled for violating our terms for at least one year in order to prevent any recurrence of abusive behavior or violations of our terms.
How do we operate and transfer data as part of our international services?
In accordance with this policy, we share information internationally, both internally within the Qbaface companies and externally with our partners and with the people with whom you connect and share content around the world.
